s people are threatening to throw bricks through our windows, smash up our cars, one person told the receptionist to do something that is not appropriate for these boards.... The police should be notified and they should get arrested for making terroristic threats. Can't wait to see what these people will do if he wins the MVP or Super Bowl.

The comeback kid. Story of the year. Where are all the Eagles fan? Big Blue be afraid very afraid. ^^^ called that one ^^^^ Wrong again , if that was the case then pete rose would be allowed back in baseball, why isn't ok Simpson allowed to rebuild his life? Oh I know , because he is too old to play. You are entitled to your opinion , no matter how wrong it is. MVP talk Tom he served his time and now he gets to rebuild his life to it's potential. That's what they call living in a FREE country.

I'm a noted Vick hate-r. Huge Eagles fan of course, but never approved of the decision to bring Vick into the organization. Personally I don't think he deserves to play in the NFL. That type of thing is a privilege that should be taken away if you do any time for a felony. That's my opinion and I feel strongly about it.
Unfortunately, there's nothing I can do about it. He's the Eagles' starting quarterback and he's winning games. He's also proven what an incredible athlete he can be when he works. He's admitted that when he was in Atlanta, he didn't work hard. Maybe he has changed, I dunno. What he's doing in Philly now is amazing. I can't discount that and I can't for the life of me root against Vick and still hope the Eagles do as well as they're doing.
I was one of many who was pro Kevin Kolb after he got hurt and Vick took over. I still don't like the decision to keep Vick in as a starter and I think, even then, they didn't know what Vick would become as the season progressed.
It's difficult, but I have to split how I feel personally about the guy with how I feel about what he's doing for my team. I can't deny that he's probably one of the top 5 athletes in the league right now and I can't deny that he is the reason the Eagles are 10-4 right now.
I see Donny Mac struggling down in Washington. I was a huge McNabb fan, and actually still am. But, I know for sure, that McNabb, even in his prime, couldn't do what Vick has done for this team this year. That 28 point comeback win could not have and would not have happened with McNabb under center.
Maybe some will call me a hypocrite for this, but, in short, I have a huge appreciation for Michael Vick the football player, even though I still loathe Michael Vick the person.

so my dealer has been getting lots of hate phone calls from all over the country due to our micheal vick commercial. i know it played twice during monday night footbal a couple weeks ago and a few other prime time spots. people are threatening to throw bricks through our windows, smash up our cars, one person told the receptionist to do something that is not appropriate for these boards.... there is a facebook page to boycot our dealer, and they talk about protesting outside. Looks like it's working out good for them? www.cnn.com/2011/US/01/07/michael.vick/index.html?hpt=C1BTW It was great watching the Vikings destroy him.

Defenses figured out how to defend him and Andy Reid doesn't know how to make adjustments. The Packers are on fire. Cant' wait to see both conf. championship games this weekend. Packers and Bears will be awesome.
Andy Reid is now patting himself on the back for "re-tooling" the team and still making the playoffs. He's looking at this season as a huge success. I look at it as getting lucky having ended up with Vick under center and playing the best football of his career.
That said, I'd still like to see Kolb (or someone else who can be developed) under center. I can't imagine Vick being long-term although I'm fairly certain he'll start next season. What bothers me now is that Vick's success has made Reid blind to the fact that a good portion of the Eagles' defensive personnel and offensive line suck balls. Fire the defensive coordinator because you can't draft an effing lineman. That's pretty smart. We're about 2 key guys on defense and an offensive lineman away from having a pretty solid team. Guaranteed Reid drafts another QB or WR early next draft though.
Oops, did I go off-topic?
