i have done the split squats before but shyed away from the romanian DL's, and haven't seen the lunge/high knee before.

it's off season, time to get it done in the gym.

First off, Lou, thanks, great stuff. and secondly, I thought I was going to open this and find jokes about me having a stroke pedaling LOL. But in all seriousness, this kinda negates the whole clips thing. Which, even though I have used them, I find most of the time people running them, do so because they dont want to slip pedals. Again, great training tool!!! Thanks
