Ok, so mother nature handed us a curveball with the weather, but, having to delay this classic PA event was worth it! Cold temps, hot racing, were only the start. Candy for everyone, and for some it would be the only Trick or Treating they did. A haunted house, and costume compitition were also added to liven things up. Mark your calendar, and add this race to the list, we had people from Canada here this year
Here is the race report from Lu
Well 8" of snow kept us from hosting our annual Halloween race last weekend but we rescheduled all the fun for tonight! And what fun we had!!! There were games, a Halloween parade, pumpkins, a costume contest, a boxer race, pit bike race and even a haunted house!! If you missed them we even had the coolest trophies ever, they had a witch on her broomstick instead of the usual racer, of course I posed for the witch....I thought she came out pretty darn cute!! Did you see all the princesses, pirates, pizzas, goblins, screamers, raggedy anns, vampires, ninjas and of course red riding hoods floating around during the parade....I think the kids had a ball and I want to thank all the parents that brought candy to give out to the kids!!! Well I need to get to the report so that I can get some sleep now that I finally warmed up.............
