what events? i pole vaulted and threw jav in hs and college. top 10 nationaly in both events in junior college in 2000!!

nice. Right now I run indoor 60m dash and I'm still thinking bout doing high jump and long jump. Outdoor ill be doing 100m 200m and maybe 400m.

the hardest part of training for bmx is that nobody is going to tell you to do it. yoou have to be completelly self motivated. no coaches, no set practice, totally on your own. i spent plenty nights on the couch saying "oh well,. i'll train tomorow." can't do that when you have practice to get to and coaches breaking your balls. l

Yea haha. I want to train just my weight bench and squat rack is storage for stuff. The closest track to me is 45 mins away. kinda sucks.

yeah-- i have an hour drive to any track, and the trails at home are pretty weak. i need to build something. maybe when the weather breaks....

ok went back out tonight sunday jan 4-- sprints- 3 sets of 5 @ 30 yds 20 pushups between sets no rest

monday jan 5- hectic last night, baby is teething, 2 yr old is crazy, work was insane, plus had to get the 5 yr old to cheerleading practice. finally blew through some verticle leaps at around 12:15am 3 sets of 12 then bed
tuesday jan 6-- rest day 2 - 3 minute rounds of shadow boxing 10 - 2 minute rounds on the speed bag

squats- 225x6 245x5 270x3x3x3 bench- 155x6 175x5 200x3x3x3 clean- 95x6 115x5 135x3x3x3
