no fair!!!! what kind of event was that at?
thanks for taking a peak, it's a nice tool to help keep me motivated. i feel like if i started a log, i'm more obligated to train, even on days when i'm not feeling it. i dunno, kinda strange i guess.

wow you are giving up alot...
a friend of dannys who trains mma/ used to go to some club near westfield/ cranford area i thi nk the club closed down... now trains someplace else up north near newark area. he and his dad both train like 3 x a week. dans friend wrestled 145ish in hs and his dad is on the small size too... he loves it...he took danny a few times to "spar" senior yr...haha he didnt know what he was doing just used some wrest technique and submitted everyone he went with... needless to say he liked it ;D
another x-hs teamate is training up in ri for some mma bouts/ (wants to goprofessional...) he wrestled in college for johnson and wales, had knee surgery, then transferred to edinboro to wrestle 1 yr and whacked out his other knee...had surgery now is into mma...go figure.
i give you alot of credit...keep it up!!

the two guys i train with the most are as follows--
junior- ncaa div2 all american wrestler, 215lbs eric- marine wrestler, professional boxer 205lbs
it's fun to watch them, they are pretty closely matched, it's like i'm just out there for them to practice moves!! although i am able to hold my own in the stand up, i just give up too much weight on the ground

last night was supposed to be a rest day, but i couldn't do it, so just a small, quick little workout. aftre work, and dinner, played with the kids a while, then steamed cleaned the carpets after everyone was asleep, so i didn't get to workout till about 12:00
sat jan 10- superset box squats and dips. holding 45lb dumbells for the squats, and wearing 10lb of chain for the dips. 15 reps each exersize.

sunday jan 11th muscle conditioning, did the same as earlier, but ran through teh circuit twice, cutting the reps in half for the second circuit.
body weight squats-- 30-- 15 pushups-- 30-- 15 verticle leaps -- 10--5 crunches-- 30--15 step ups----- 40 (20 per leg)--20 (10 per leg) chins-- 5-- 3 lunges-- 30--16 close grip pushups-- 20--10 inverted rows-- 15--8 body weight squats 15--8 chins-- 5--3
i think when i can get through 3 circuits, i'll start doing this holding dumbells
